Grade 10 - C.I.T. I: In the first phase of our Counselor-in-Training (C.I.T.) program, you will earn your CPR/First Aid certification and be trained in child development, leadership, team-building initiatives, group dynamics, and conflict resolution. During the second week of your session you will be immersed in the counselor experience by spending the week living in a unit and helping the counselors care for younger campers.
Grade 11 - C.I.T. II: In the final phase of our Counselor-in-Training program, the C.I.T. IIs will learn how to lead specific camp activities.
